- The response has been overwhelming. I received
many, many email votes on whether I should interview The Great Kat. The results were over
90% affirmative. Helped, no doubt, by the half-naked photo of The Great Kat. (Worth noting - more than one reader
wrote in saying, "Do it - you're not doing anything else, anyway." Uh, hello?
When did "hacking into Paris Hilton's address book" start counting as doing
nothing? Punks.)
So Thursday night I began to mentally prepare myself as to what types
of questions I may need to ask. And then... well, then The Great Kat DVD arrived.
In a 1979 Rolling Stone interview, Johnny Carson was asked what he thought of rock
music at the time. Carson answered by quoting Arthur Rubinstein: "I cannot comment on
something I don't understand." Well, that's kinda' where I'm at with The Great Kat
right now. Still, look for the interview here within the next week or two
