RECIPE for Chef Great Kat/Paganini’s Ravioli:
PASTA: 2 Cups of flour 1 cup water Some salt FILLING: 1/2 LB veal Some Parmesan 1 egg SAUCE: 1 LB of Beef Little butter Little Onion Crushed Tomatoes Some Flour Pinch of Salt Pinch of Sugar Some water PAGANINI’S favorite COMFORT FOOD! RAVIOLI! First thing you do is, you make the pasta: 2 Cups of flour, 1 cup water, and some salt. ROLL IT OUT! The filling is 1/2 LB veal, a little parmesan, a little egg. Then we have the sauce: 1 LB of beef. Saute it up with a little butter, a little onion. Then you add the crushed tomatoes, a little flour, a little salt, a little sugar, and water! OK, so you take the pasta and put the filling in it. You just fold it over and separate it. Then you cut it with the little pizza cutter. Make it nice and clean and crimp it. Put it in the boiling water and boil it until it’s tender. Drain it and put it in the bowl. Add the sauce, Hit it with some salt and parmesan. MANGIA!
